Since lockdown I have taken my MindSpace Guided Relaxation sessions online. Each Tuesday evening at 7pm I hold my MindSpace classes live on Facebook in my closed Facebook group. I also offer advice and support on this group to help promote and encourage positive mental health and wellbeing.

I thoroughly enjoy holding these classes online and receiving such positive feedback from my customers who engage in these classes gives me such satisfaction knowing that I am helping them to relax and feel good. My MindSpace relaxation sessions are approximately 40 minutes duration and will provide you with an opportunity to take some uninterrupted time for you. To get the most benefit from this session, I recommend that you find a relaxing place in your home to lie or sit down, with a pillow/cushion and blanket. This is time for you to switch off from the outside world for a while and learn how to completely let go. All you have to do is get comfortable, follow the sound of my voice and relaxing music and just let your mind drift off.
