I am passionate about helping people and delivering meditation to my customers makes me feel as though I have a magic wand in my hand, it certainly feels that way when I see how much my customers benefit from stepping away from the outside world and escaping in to their own, uninterrupted space for an hour, it can be a very positive experience for many.
It doesn’t take too long to learn how to meditate in a friendly, relaxed environment ~ bring along a yoga mat, blanket and pillow/cushion (yoga mats are provided but you might prefer to bring your own and I bring a small amount of blankets and cushions)
This is a great time for you to unplug yourself from the stress of the day, lie down, let your mind switch off and let go of any commitments, worries or negative self talk.
I offer a haven of peace just for you. Meditation is powerful and if practiced regularly can enhance your life, physically, mentally and emotionally.
You don’t have to be spiritual or ‘tuned in’ to benefit from meditation. If you feel stressed, worried, anxious or have difficulty sleeping then give it a go ~ I am confident that you will enjoy and benefit from it.
